Treat 96 W and 98 W as host limits
Belkin documents up to 96 W to the host from a 150 W supply; CalDigit documents 98 W from a separately rated 230 W supply. Belkin says full Thunderbolt 4 data, display and charging performance needs a Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 host. The small gap is not a measured charge time.
Belkin’s chart allows three extended displays only with a compatible Windows PC, with two of them limited to 4K@30Hz, and at most two on macOS. Its HDMI version is listed as both 2.0 and 2.1. For TS4, use CalDigit’s host and display matrix. Count screens from the chart, not the sockets.
Belkin lists a 150 W power supply with a 3.3 ft power cord and a 3.3 ft Thunderbolt 4 cable. CalDigit lists an external 230 W power supply, a power cord and a 0.8 m Thunderbolt 4 cable. Confirm the US mains cord, and use a suitably rated cable if you replace the supplied one.
