Compare two built-in-cable packs by documented energy, single-output evidence and recharge input.
The decision in brief
How the options differ
Both packs carry two built-in USB-C cables and document about 90 Wh: 91.25 Wh for Baseus and 90 Wh for Anker. Anker publishes sharing limits and a conditional 100 W input peak. Baseus leaves its single-output figure in conflict and documents 65 W input.

The buying guide
Package and specification details
Stored energy is close, not delivered charge
Baseus states 91.25 Wh in its FAQ and Anker support states 90 Wh. Those ratings describe stored energy, not delivered USB energy or a number of laptop charges. Both sellers use travel wording; check your airline's rules rather than treating either rating as an approval.
Anker documents a 100 W single USB-C maximum, 165 W across two USB-C outputs and 130 W with three or four outputs. Baseus titles its pack 145 W, but its specification and FAQ say 140 W, and it publishes no sharing table; its FAQ only reports customer accounts of slower multi-port charging. The catalogue keeps the Baseus single-output figure as conflicting.
Anker lists two built-in USB-C cables, a USB-C socket and USB-A, with a 100 W input peak only above 25% battery. Baseus lists two built-in cables and a 5 V USB-A port and cites 65 W input with a compatible charger, but does not identify its input connector or box contents. The Anker selection excludes a wall charger, so plan a suitable charger for either pack.
These manufacturer specifications do not establish measured performance, noise, long-term reliability or running cost. We have not independently tested these products. Check current prices, stock and operating-space instructions with the seller and manufacturer.
The page lists no box contents; a wall charger is not assumed. The store's shipping table lists US and Hong Kong dispatch points. No checkout, stock, shipment or safety certification is established.

The advertised maximum through one supported USB-C output.
The device and cable must support the required profile; it is not sustained power for every workload.
The sources give different answers, so we have not chosen one as fact. Read the attached notes and confirm the current specification before relying on it.
The specification row and FAQ give PD 3.1 140 W and a 140 W single-port output; the title and headline say 145 W without stating whether that is one output or a total.
