A1695 support states 90 Wh and the UGREEN US table states 72 Wh. These ratings describe stored energy, not delivered USB energy or complete laptop charges. Both list a 100 W single USB-C maximum; the useful choice also depends on the connected device.

Check connections and sharing

A1695 has two built-in USB-C cables, one USB-C socket and USB-A. Its two-device headline reaches 165 W but three or four devices share 130 W. UGREEN 35524 has separate sockets and advertises 130 W total. Do not multiply either single-port rating by its connector count.

Compare the recharge you can supply

Anker documents a 100 W recharge peak only above 25% battery. UGREEN lists 65 W input through USB-C1. Charger and cable choice still matter. Neither maximum is a measured empty-to-full time, and a wall charger is not included merely because the bank can accept that power.
