Check how CO2 is measured
Aranet documents NDIR CO2 sensing for Aranet4 HOME. Temtop lists a CO2 range and accuracy for M10+ WIFI but does not name the technology, so a direct CO2 measurement is not established. If a dedicated CO2 sensor is your priority, ask Temtop before relying on it.
Temtop documents PM2.5 and a 1–500 TVOC index alongside CO2, temperature and humidity. Aranet4 HOME has no PM2.5 or VOC sensing in its documented set. A CO2 reading cannot stand in for a particle reading, and Temtop's TVOC index is relative, not a concentration.
Temtop pairs over Bluetooth and syncs over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to its app, with history and export; 5 GHz is not supported. Aranet4 HOME syncs and exports through a nearby Bluetooth app; no Wi-Fi path is documented for it. Remote viewing therefore differs even though both have local screens.
Temtop uses a built-in 2200mAh rechargeable battery and includes a USB cable but no wall adapter; its battery-life estimates depend on the recording interval. Aranet4 HOME is battery-operated. Neither battery figure is a guaranteed runtime for your settings.
