Package and specification details
Separate the plug limit from the station maximum
ChargePoint documents up to 50 A for a hardwired Home Flex but limits NEMA models to 32 A or 40 A, so CPH50-NEMA14-50-L23-K tops out at 40 A on a 50 A circuit. The Grizzl-E Classic Connect is a 40 A unit in every configuration, also on a 50 A circuit.
Home Flex has a 23 ft cable, a Type 3R enclosure per UL 50E and 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi. Classic Connect has a 25 ft cable, a UL Type 4 indoor/outdoor rating and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.
ChargePoint gives 12 kW only for the 50 A hardwired maximum and no figure for the 40 A plug-in limit. Grizzl-E's store page lists 10 kW and its manual 9.60 kW for 40 A, without naming a voltage, so both stated power values stay unresolved.
ChargePoint's order code names a 3 YR parts warranty, and its installation guide excludes the station from warranty if it is not installed, commissioned or serviced by a ChargePoint certified technician. Grizzl-E's store page defaults to a 3 Year warranty and sells a 5 Year warranty as a separate add-on.
Can either charger use an ordinary NEMA 14-50 outlet?
Both manufacturers ask for more than a plug that fits. ChargePoint calls for an industrial grade NEMA 14-50 outlet on a new, dedicated, non-GFCI two-pole breaker, and Grizzl-E says the receptacle must be rated EV Grade. Have a licensed electrician confirm the receptacle and circuit.

Cable length is a specification, not a measured reach to your vehicle's charge port. ENERGY STAR listing cord figures can differ and are kept in the note.
