How the options differ
Both US packages publish a maximum pressure, but only Westinghouse also labels a rated pressure. Greenworks states its 2.3 GPM at 100 PSI and its 2700 PSI at 1.2 GPM, so the two headline numbers never occur together. Weight, tank size and motor documentation separate the two more clearly than the headline PSI.

Keep each figure with its operating point
Greenworks publishes 2700 max PSI at 1.2 GPM and 2.3 GPM at 100 PSI; its manual calls 1.2 GPM the rated flow. Westinghouse labels 2300 PSI and 1.76 GPM as max and 1900 PSI as rated, with rated flow shown as 1.24 GPM on the page and 1.2 GPM in the manual. Neither pair of maxima describes one real setting.
The Greenworks manual lists 47.0 lb on 10 in wheels with a 1-gallon detergent tank. Westinghouse lists 19 lb dry on four casters with a 20 oz tank. Both ship 25 ft hoses and 35 ft cords, so reach is similar on paper while handling and detergent capacity differ.
Treat motor wording as unresolved where sources disagree
The Greenworks page says brushless and 15 A while its manual says universal and 14 A. Westinghouse publishes only 120 V, 60 Hz and 13 A without naming the motor construction. Neither record establishes an induction motor; check the rating label on the delivered unit.
Can I multiply max PSI by max GPM to compare cleaning power?
No. The two maxima are measured at different operating points, and Greenworks states them at 1.2 GPM and 100 PSI respectively. Compare rated figures where published and keep the stated conditions.
