PodMic USB dial-press mute depends on Connect or UNIFY. In other applications, that press disables local monitoring while recording can continue. AT2040USB has a touch mute control; Wave:3 MK.2 has tap-to-mute. Test the actual capture path before relying on a control during a call.

All three document headphone monitoring. AT2040USB separates the headphone level and microphone/computer blend into physical dials. Wave:3 MK.2 uses its multifunction dial for the monitor blend. Wave:3 MK.2 supplies a desk stand and USB-C cable. The selected PodMic USB and AT2040USB packages require a stand or arm. Check current app support and cable ends, especially the USB-A cable plus USB-C adapter supplied with AT2040USB. Do not use original Wave:3 specifications for MK.2.
