Choose between compatible direct-thermal stock and a DK-roll workflow, then check the connection and cutter you need.
The decision in brief
How the options differ
Both provide wireless printing, but that does not make their media and finishing arrangements interchangeable. Start with the exact label stock and devices used in your shipping workflow.

The buying guide
Package and specification details
Choose the media before the printer
Rollo describes compatible direct-thermal labels without a Rollo-brand-only requirement. Brother specifies DK roll formats. Check the actual label dimensions, backing and template rather than assuming every thermal roll will work in either machine. A stock purchase made for one printer may not transfer to the other.
Both document wireless paths. QL-1110NWBC additionally documents Ethernet, while the reviewed Rollo offer establishes Wi-Fi and USB fallback but does not settle Ethernet. Choose the connection that your workspace can support; an app name alone is not evidence that an office network or phone will work.
Brother documents an automatic cutter. Rollo describes tear-off handling; automatic-cutter support is not established in this review. Decide whether cutting individual or continuous labels matters in your process, and check the intended media rather than treating automatic label detection as automatic cutting.
Rollo quotes a feed rate, whereas Brother counts standard address labels. Those numbers cannot establish which completes your four-by-six shipping job faster. Compare the route from your actual application through page scaling to a usable label. Nominal 203 versus 300 dpi also does not substitute for a barcode-output test.
Printing hardware and purchasing postage are separate. Do not treat a shipping-service offer as a permanent hardware entitlement.
