The two selected ViewSonic displays share a 15.6-inch-viewable Full HD 60 Hz starting point. TD1655 explicitly adds touch. The buying decision is whether the complete touch and power workflow works with your devices, not simply whether both screens accept USB-C.

Touch is more than receiving video
TD1655 documents touch and a Mac vTouch driver path. Its source excludes iPhone and iPad from that touch path. A device that can show a picture through an HDMI adapter does not therefore become touch-compatible. Check the return-data cable and software requirements for the exact operating system.
The manufacturer manuals recommend 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. Their wider vertical-frequency ranges are not a basis for calling these 75 Hz Full HD displays. Both image scaling and touch-driver setup still need testing on the intended computer.
VA1655 power wording varies between the retrieved US sections, and its guide treats an adapter as optional. TD1655 describes conditional two-way USB-C power, not an unconditional laptop-charging entitlement. Establish which supply and cable will be used. This comparison deliberately avoids choosing a convenient charging wattage from inconsistent source wording.
