Camp Chef's store page publishes rack areas, hopper, weight and dimensions but no temperature range, probe count or warranty term.

Compare the grate split
The Navigator 850 manual labels 581.9 sq in on the main grate and 350.4 sq in on the upper rack, 932.3 sq in in total. The Woodwind 24 table lists a 429 sq in lower rack and a 382 sq in upper rack, 811 sq in in total, in a 4,850 cu in chamber.
Pit Boss documents 180 to 500 °F in 5 °F increments and claims up to 1,000 °F in the Flame Broiler's direct-flame zone. Camp Chef names Slide and Grill direct-flame searing but publishes no temperature range for the Woodwind 24 on its store page, so ask the manufacturer before comparing set points.
Pit Boss states a 30 lb hopper and 174.2 lb, with 58.7 x 34.1 x 46.7 in dimensions that the manual does not label by axis. The Woodwind 24 Side Shelf version lists a 22 lb hopper, 123 lb and 50 in W x 44.5 in H x 26 in D; the Sidekick Sear version is heavier and is a different package.
Pit Boss lists one meat probe for two probe ports, a 290 W rating and a 5-year warranty, and offers separately priced protection plans. Camp Chef's page states no probe count, power rating or warranty term for the Woodwind 24.
Does the 1,000 °F figure mean the Navigator 850 controller can be set that high?
No. The documented controller range is 180 to 500 °F. The 1,000 °F figure is the manufacturer's claim for direct-flame searing with the Flame Broiler lever open, not a set temperature.

The Sidekick Sear version adds a 30,000 BTU propane sear box and weighs 182 lb; it is a different package.
