Before you choose.
How much energy is documented?
Milliamp-hours need a voltage basis. Use a documented watt-hour value when comparing stored energy; do not infer one from an assumed cell voltage.
What happens with several devices connected?
Single-port output and shared power are different limits. Connecting another device may change what the first device receives.
What will recharge the pack?
The input port, charger, cable and state of charge can limit recharging. An output maximum is not automatically the input limit.
