Compare two charger-only, two-USB-C options by the split they document when both outputs are in use.
The decision in brief
How the options differ
Both selected packages have two USB-C outputs and exclude charging cables. Apple documents device-pair examples within a 35 W maximum; Belkin documents a 45 W + 20 W split within 65 W. Start with the two devices you will connect together, then check protocol evidence and the unresolved single-output figures.

The buying guide
Package and specification details
Start with the pair of devices
Apple shares its 35 W maximum by device requirement: up to 17.5 W each for a Mac laptop with an iPhone or iPad, or up to 27.5 W and 7.5 W when an Apple Watch or AirPods is the second device. Belkin documents 45 W + 20 W with both outputs used. These are limits, not charge times; the connected device decides what it accepts.
Apple says either port can charge one device and gives 35 W as the adapter maximum, but it publishes no per-port rating, so the catalogue leaves that value unknown. Belkin body text and a footnote disagree, at 65 W and 45 W, so its single-output value stays conflicting. Neither record promises a particular laptop charging rate.
Belkin documents PPS. The reviewed Apple pages do not state PPS, which is unknown rather than absent. Apple advises unplugging the other device and its cable when one needs more power. Both selected offers sell the charger alone, so a suitably rated USB-C cable is a separate purchase.
