How much drying surface do you need?
Tray count alone does not establish drying area. Compare the published square footage or tray dimensions, and treat an unpublished area as unknown rather than estimating it.
Will you set long runs or unattended programs?
A thermostat sets the air temperature; a timer limits run time. Record the documented range and maximum hours exactly, including whether two drying phases are supported.
Where does the air come from?
A rear fan blowing horizontally across shelf trays and a base or top-mounted fan pushing air through stacked trays are different layouts. Neither layout is a measured evenness result.
