Share your own experience of the exact product. Say whether you own it, previously owned it or have used it. Choose the purchase package only if it matches your experience.
Review accounts are for people aged 18 or older. You must have the right to publish the words you submit. Do not submit someone else’s review or create accounts to submit extra reviews of the same model.
Disclose a free or discounted sample. We do not accept reviews by staff, sellers or manufacturers about their own products, or paid promotional reviews. CompareFoundry does not offer a reward for a review.
A low rating, a competitor mention or criticism that is inconvenient for a seller is not, by itself, a reason to remove a review. Eligible published reviews count equally, including disclosed samples.
Keep your review about the product. Do not include private contact details, threats, harassment, hate, spam or material you do not have permission to publish. Write in English or Spanish; your review stays in its original language.
New reviews and edits wait for moderation. Moderators may approve a review, request changes, reject it with a reason, or remove it under this policy. They may not change your rating or silently rewrite your opinion.
Editing a published review does not immediately replace its approved version. If that version remains eligible, it stays public until the replacement is approved. Approval replaces that contribution; it does not add another review or move the original publication date.
Report a specific policy concern privately. A report does not automatically remove a review or lower its score. You can appeal a rejection or removal decision about your review through your account. To challenge other moderation decisions, or if you cannot access your account, contact support.
Your approved display name appears with your review. Email verification shows control of an email address; it does not independently verify your identity, purchase or ownership. Do not put contact details in your display name or review.
You can withdraw your review through your account. Once withdrawal is complete, newly requested pages exclude its text and rating. We cannot retract a page someone has already received.
Exporting your data or requesting account deletion requires recent email verification. Requesting deletion disables access and removes public contributions while private erasure is processed. Processing status does not mean every backup has been physically erased.
